We do not charge / accept any amount or security deposit from job seekers during the selection process or while inviting candidates for an interview.
Certain instances have come to our notice wherein some miscreants, pretending to be representatives of the HR Department of ADM Enterprises, have addressed communications by sending false emails or by making fraudulent telephone calls for job interviews in connection with securing employment with ADM brands/companies to certain members of the public. In such communications, processing fees or deposit amount for interview management has been sought from the candidates. A promise has been made to the candidates called for interviews to pay all the expenditure incurred by them. Also, hotel facilities and local conveyance for each candidate and for one person accompanying the candidate have been promised. All these communications are false, made with the dishonest intention of defrauding candidates seeking employment.
If any person receives any unsolicited or fraudulent communication offering a job or an interview call from ADM Enterprises and other ADM brands/company against payment of money, it is suggested not to respond. We shall not accept any liability towards the representation made in any fraudulent communication or its consequences and such fraudulent communication shall not be treated as any kind of offer or representation by any ADM brand/company.
ADM Enterprises has its own Human Resource department which directly or, at times, through reputed executive search firms recruits persons suitable for the jobs. No deposit of any sum of money is asked for this purpose.
On receipt of an interview call for any job in any ADM brand/company, the candidate may take some measures such as visiting the official web site of the concerned ADM brand/company to get the contact details and enquire with the human resources department about the interview details and other relevant information.
